Plastic buckets can have spigots. No need for siphoning, which risks oxidation and contamination. Just gotta make sure that spigot stays clean, which isn't that tough IMO.
I hate to siphon beer.

The odor from the hops permeated into the plastic. Even after several overnight soaks in bleach, the odor remains. I prefer to siphon. IMHO, a spigot in a plastic fermentation bucket poses a couple of risks such as, leaks, harbor for bacteria. No matter what method you use to transfer the beer into a secondary or bottling bucket, good sanitation and quiet siphoning are paramount.
