I use a keggle. Just try to get a legal keg and you're in. 15 gallons, stainless steel with built in handles.

Walmart has a large aluminum stock pot for $20. I think that it is a 30qt. or pretty damn close. I looked on their website but didn't see it so it might be a regional item. Anyway it's worth a look.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds this funny. "Aluminum is 100% safe" posted by a guy with a red nose and a reindeer painted on his chest.

All joking aside aluminum is 100% safe. You're going to need a couple of gallons over your targeted batch size. A 15 g kettle is good for 10 gallon batches. Some mail order restaraunt supply houses have big aluminum kettles for fairly cheap. 8-10 gallon pot will be good for a 5 gallon batch. I made it by with a 7 gal pot for a while, but I had to get rid of it due to a lot of boilovers.
I think I've had about enough beer tonight...Now I need some Whiskey to sober up
