LHBC Grain Order

Hmm, looking for some opinions on something. My local homebrew club is getting ready to do its quarterly grain order. So far I am down for the following:

2bags Fawcett Marris Otter (110lbs)
1 bag Best Malz Caramunich (55lbs)
28lbs Best Malz Dark Munich
28lbs Golden Promise
1qt StarSan

What I am thinking is that I reall don't need 55lbs of cara mun. I love the stuff, but don't use much in anything I have planned. I'd like to do a belgian tripel or strong ale in a month or two, think I would be better off getting some pilsner malt?

And they have Amarillo for 6.5 a lb
