Weldless rotating racking arm.

I'm thinking about converting a sanke to a fermenter but would love a racking arm in the lower part of the keg. Does anyone have a parts list or know what is needed to fabricate a rotating racking arm. I know zymico makes one but there doesn't seem to be enough difference between this piece and and regular weldless bulk head to warrant the 50 buck price difference. I'd love to see i can figure out how to assemble the parts myself.

Thanks guys.

Here is a link to a conical project where the guy made his own racking arm. If you scroll down a little more than half way, you will see the racking arm. It is pretty simple, consisting of a piece of curved copper tubing and a compression fitting screwed into the bulkhead fitting.

I just came across a post with pictures by a guy who built his own racking arm out of plastic. Looks pretty cool.
