Anyone know any Stainless welders in the Seattle area who know how to properly make a back-flushed sanitary weld?
I've located one welder in the area but he's not great at getting back and I'd like to locate a second one to compare prices.
Anyone know the going rate for a proper stainless weld? (I'm looking to have 3 1" Tri Clamp ferrules welded into a kettle and 1 camlock QD bottom-drain in my mashtun.) I've seen $30 - $60 when a retailer sells you a kettle and you just want an extra port added. I'm hoping that if I get 3 or 4 welds at once that $30 / Tri Clamp is doable....
