Saniclean

Mon Aug 06, 2012 11:23 am

I recently bought a bottle of saniclean to use with my keg cleaner and to run it through my plate chiller. One think that I haven't found yet is how long does it last once mixed? I know starsan is good as long as the ph is at or below 3, is it the same for saniclean? Anyone have expierence with it that can help me out?
On tap: dunkelwiessen, american brown ale

Sounds like 5star has been really good at responding to questions from the homebrewing community, I would think you'd be best sending an e-mail that way and somebody there will have the info you're looking for.
