I am getting my first full wort boil setup soon. I will need to cut some holes in the side of the pot. What is the best way? Hole saw, then clean up with a Dremmel? A punch-cutter? (Will that work on a curved surface without banging up the curve?)
Has anyone tried flattening the side of the pot a little to get weldless fittings to seal better? Or does anyone make a curved washer to go between the nut and the O-ring?
