Barley Crusher

Has anyone gotten their Barley Crusher mill warranty replaced by the company? I emailed them about a screw snapping in half and they said to mail it in so they could warranty replace it. It's been 5 weeks and 5 emails later and I've received no response since the first one. I can't seem to google up a phone number either. Any ideas? Thanks! :nutters: :nutters: :nutters:

I contacted the company as I was having an issue with my mill. They responded in a few days. I sent my mill back less the hopper and had a new one in about a week. Fast turnaround time and no issues. They were really responsive for me.
It's a small company so maybe the guy has some personal issues going on or something.

I hope it works out for you.

I was having issues with a roller not moving. Via email, they were very helpful; although it did take a couple weeks to respond.
