Where to get stainless QDCs?

I received as a gift a bunch of stainless disconnects from MoreBeer, and on brew day realized I needed a few more. At first they were OOS of one of the pieces, and now they having nothing at all in stock. It has been at least four months now, and I'm wondering if they will ever get more in.
1. Anyone know another source for these?
2. Are the MoreBeer QDCs compatible with those from Midwest? Midwest is also now OOS, but in case they get them first, I'd like to know if they are an option.

Actually, they didn't have too many on the shelf and I bought all the male/female pairs I could make. There are a few more female parts left, I guess, but I think that's it.

The threaded QD's are back in stock at morebeer... just placed an order for 3 male QD's.
