I'm building a new setup, and I'm considering various chilling options. Thigh high price of copper is making me reconsider my initial inclination to build a 50ft immersion-whirlpool
Does anyone here use a plate chiller with a recirculation option? Do you worry about it being clogged with trub / break material? If you get any in there, is there any way to clean it out?
