I have a thermonator, Iback flush then full it with warm PBW or Oxy Cleen for 24Hr, then back flush that. Then I add san star till the next use. I am still concerned with stuff in there. Is there a way to supper cleen it every 5 times, something that will absalutly cleen it out?

NOTE THIS IS DANGEROUS!!!!
Use Caustic Soda (Lye)... that's what the pros do ... but it is heavy shit so watch yourself and use caution

I've been using mine for the past few months. I blackflush it with water and put it away. I sanitize it with iodophor before use. No problems

That said, I *think* you can "bake" it in the oven if you're really worried about bacteria and other nasties

Have you noticed a reduction in flow? I have only used my chiller a couple times. I follow the same protocol as the OP. Lots of crap comes out after the flush with PBW.
