At more than a hundred dollars a pop it might be wiser to convert a Stainless Steel Radiator Overflow Tank such as you can get for like $20.00 on the Flea Bay.
Many of them hold a third of a gallon. I don't know if that's sufficient but ~ ~ ~ ~

The Hop Rocket looks like a great device to copy SN Torpedo rigs to run fermented beer thru the rocket prior to carbonating/bottling.
