New Fermenter

Sun Feb 15, 2009 5:58 am

Greetings Army
I've been away on maneuvers but am happy to report in.
I picked up two of these on ebay listed as Biodiesel tanks or Wine Storage. They are available on line from tankdepot.com. They work great for fermentation. These hold 15 gallons but larger sizes are available. The dimensions are 19 inches diameter by 40 tall w/stand. The top is a large screw down lid. It doesn't hold pressure presently but I'm working on that.I'll never go back to buckets ever. I just picked up the upright freezer to keep things cool in the warm Central Florida area.

Nice, bubbabrewer,
Let us know how they work out. I've been looking at those things for some time now.
