OK, so I'm trying to convert my brewery to all the same size tubing and fittings so everything is interchangeable. I am going with 1/2" ID and clover fittings. This will work great for pretty much everything, except my worth chiller. What's the best way to connect 1/2" tubing to 3/8" copper?
Maybe solder one of these 1/2"x3/8" reducing couplingsto the chiller, then you can solder on your 1/2" clover fitting to the larger side? Global Industrial sells them, as does your local hardware store.
