Leave it to Sean to bring us all back into the real world. Here we were dreaming of brewing toys and he reminds us what is most important in life.

Dude if you get a Midget Hooker then you've killed two birds with one stone! How many of your buddies have crazy stories about midget hookers? That would give you some bragging rights!

I have to agree with both of these. Midget hookers with coke. That way you can get half screwed by her and get screwed up the rest of the way with the blow.
Refractometer, Co2 bottle and leftover money goes to hops. I got a used 20lb cylinder from my LHBS for 45 and had it and a 5lb tank filled for another 45. It's so worth it not to have to change them as often. Plus I have a back up in case I run out of gas while drinking with friends. Makes me feel like a pro.

All the above - well, refractometer will make the biggest difference to your beer, 0.01g scales cost me about AUD25 delivered and help with consistency.

Plus, buy Mother In Law a bunch of flowers as a thank-you - it is good gift insurance...

Nice -- refractometer and 1g accuracy scale in the mail.

I have scrounged a magned and fan and am looking for remaining parts for stir-plate. Mother-in-Law is still here and very happy...I switched her from Heiniken to O'Fallon Gold...flowers would be overkill, but a card will be worth the send.

Any advice on stir-plate parts would be appreciated...
