Potted mine with Alumilite (a plastic epoxy, contains no aluminum):

For now I'm using the o-rings that came with the elements, but I might order some of those silicon ones.
Aging: Gotlandsdrickå, Baltic Porter in Bourbon barrel, Olde Ale #2 in whiskey barrel
On Draft: Nothing. Building a walk-in cooler right now.

I have two of the 'brewers hardware' element bodies. They are 1.5" tri-clamp based systems that hold the element and offer a ground screw.

I use my 4500W element in this tube for the HLT and my 1500W element on the RIMS tube from them. Highly recommend them. The picture below is the HLT with the 4500W element and a special bulkhead (See link below) from another company that only required a 1-1/8" hole which then provides a 1.5" tri clamp connection. I am finally pleased with the HLT. This is all coupled with a PID to set it and forget it for strike and mash out temps, infusion steps as well.
