Out of curiosity, how long do you let your wort settle before pumping it out to your therminator?

One thing to note when comparing the 15 gallon and 26 gallon MoreBeer pots is that they both have the same diameter. The 26 gallon pot just has higher sidewalls. Same goes for the 20 gallon MegaPot and the 25 Gallon megapot. Think about it intuitively. If you have two kettles, both with the same diameter, both with the same volume of water in them, how would higher sidewalls make a difference to your boil, how the wort works in the kettle, how a whirlpool would work, etc.
