Only trubblel is that it might not be practical because I have to use a crazy amont of Co2 cartridges? Is there somone out there that know how much oxigen that is needet in gram to leve lets say 10 ppm of oxigen in the wort with use of lets say an airstone? I coud then figure out how long I need to relese Co2 from the charger to get to that amount sinse the cartridges holds 16 grams of Co2.

30 seconds to a minute with 65-70F wort will dissolve most of the oxygen that the wort will hold. This can be repeated a couple of times every 3-4 hours. Like they said, but the kit with the diffusion stone and regulator at one the BN's friendly sponsors Get a 1.1 cft oxygen cylinder at any hardware store in the plumbing department. Sanitize the stone and tube, sink the stone into the cooled wort and slowly open the valve. A gentle strem of bubbles is all you want. If the surface is roiling from the escaping oxygen, you just wasting money.
