+1 on the dishwasher. In fact instead of a bottle tree I just run the dishwasher through a good rinse and use that both as a bottle tree and a bottling station. All the bottles go upside down on the racks after a dip in star san, and then I fill the bottles on the dishwasher door. When I'm done the overflow beer mess goes in the dishwasher as I close the door.

ps don't try to cap on the dishwasher door, that can be a little too much pressure there. Just hand them up to your bottling buddy and let him do the muscle work : :drink
