Sounds awesome. Can't wait to use this thing. Won't forget about lowering the pressure.

Don't forget to thoroughly chill the beer gun and all your bottles before you start or you will have huge foam. Thoroughly means an hour or more in the fridge, not 15 minutes. Don't freeze them, though, or the ice crystals will make huge foam. Don't try to bottle a weizen (or any other highly carbonated style) with it at all or you will just make huge foam. Can you tell I had a little trouble with foam? :)

I've been getting the hang of this thing and I've been having pretty good luck bottling to high carbonation with it. The critical issues are really cold bottles, really cold beer (32-34), and slowly pulling out the bottle gun while the bottle fills. It looks weird but you get a high-carb beer filled straight to the brim of the bottle and you don't lose much CO2 in the process.

I don't chill my bottles and have no problem with excessive foam. I'm sure if the bottles were hot there would be a problem, but room temperature works well for me. Also, you do want a little bit of foam so that you can cap on foam.
