Maybe it's just my perspective, but when you are overly dismissive of ANYTHING you don't agree with, it makes you come across as an incredibly huge ass. Especially when you compound it by being extra snarky in response. Disagreements are fine... just keep in mind, Brewer's Code: Don't be a dick.

I'm just having fun with you guys and I'm writing things that make me laugh...evidently I'm laughing alone. I'm having a go at you guys about something that doesn't matter to me at all, but evidently it's something others feel very passionate about. If I'm to be totally honest, I don't even disagree with you guys. I was just having a little fun at your expense, and everyone knows that when you have fun at someone else's expense, you make an ass out of u and me...wait, maybe that's something else? Anyways, you and Konkers actually seem like really good people...group hug. If I've come across as mean-spirited or venomous then that's not my intent. I just looked over a few of the things I posted because I really couldn't remember exactly what I'd written, and I can see where someone would think my humor was dickish. For me, it's just humor. I never meant to hurt anyone's feelings, and if I have I hope that everyone can accept my most humble, heart-felt apology. Here's a little secret: All of my brewing equipment is actually in centigrade. I realize it works just fine, so yeah, maybe I am just being a dick. In the future I'll try to play nice, obey the Brewer's Code, and not be a dick, but sarcastic humor is in my nature.
