I dont know a whole lot about spreadsheets but one thing I did was plug into my beersmith just to see what Id come up with and where there might be faults. Yes it does batch sparge. You have to play arround with the water to grain ratio. click on the details of the mash profile. then left click on the mash in. click the grain to water tab and adjust the ratio. On your equipment set your boil off volume to %9.5 .
then check your brewsheet. Should be close to what you want. Thats assuming your loosing zero to trub, and wort lines. There are a lot of variables you need to look at in order to get it dialed in. I suppose same holds true for any brewing method. As long as it repeats for you.
