B3 steps us to fix mistakes

I had a similar situation where the German Hefe extract kit that I picked up was short on hops. I called the Concord showroom and they quickly admitted their mistake, the recent batch of Hallertauer was very low in AA%. The guy at the showroom said that I could come in to pick up another ounce of hops for free. Fortunately, I'm only 20 minutes away from the shop and my brew day was saved!
In addition to being knowledgeable and kick ass people the B3 guys carry 10 times the supply of other LHBS that I have been to.

Conditioning: Vienna Lager
On Draft: Oaked American Red
Bottled: Momma's Oatmeal Stout
on deck: thinking about a Mild or Bitters
