You can buy the whole spun cone from toledo metal spinning... google it, they aren't that expensive... also all that othershit sure.
If you don't need the "conical" thing you could just use the Sanke 15gal keg as a fermenter... I have seen people cut the top of a corny and weld it on top of a sanke to use as a fermenter and that seems to do a good job.
