You could just ignore the built-in drain on the backside, and drill a new hole on the front...

Just took it on the maiden voyage yesterday and happy to say I hit my numbers right on. The cooler worked like a charm, kept the temp steady and sparged great. Thanks to everyone who replied to my questions and concerns...I really couldn't have done this without all you and the BN.
