if your looking to crunch money look for a restaraunt supply store. I spend a lot of time in these stores!!LOVE"EM i have one here in columbus that sells used equipment. you can usally find a big ss pot for cheap. I bought a hobart mixer bowl to boil in. it was 60 qts!!! for 25 dollars...so the moral of the story is good deals can be found for cheap. one mans junk is another mans treasure
