The Home Depot 10 gallon round coolers are what I use. They are exactly like Igloo and I wouldn't be surprised if Home Depot re-branded Igloo's coolers. Yes, the 12" SS false bottom fit perfectly.

I got 2 choices of flase bottoms:

LHBS style 16% open slit :


I'm leaning toward the LHBS slit style!

The slit style is basically what almost all commercial breweries use. There must be a reason for it!

Some things just aren't worth my time anymore. I am at a point in my life where it is easier to pay someone to do it for me. Especially now with a little one in the house.
