I'm leaning toward the LHBS slit style!

The slit style is basically what almost all commercial breweries use. There must be a reason for it!

Don't buy a premade system like that. The best part is the satisfaction of creating your own system. Especially with a name like Test Engineer.

Some things just aren't worth my time anymore. I am at a point in my life where it is easier to pay someone to do it for me. Especially now with a little one in the house.
