I got it from a site called kegman.com. Going to his site, however, it seems to be defunct. Just a bunch of links... They are not uncommon though. Many beer supply sites carry drip trays with backsplashes. Just search around. I'd go to B3 first and see if they have any or can source any for you...

I ordered a 16", 4 tap tray from Micromatic. It's listed under their Wall-mounted trays.
