Hi all, this is my first post. I have cut many SS kegs for brew pots for myself and friends. I use a sawsall with lots of WD40 lub and befor I do the cuts, I fill the barrels with water. Helps cool the cut and really reduces the noise.

I used the angle grinder, it took about 2 minutes. It worked fine BTW.
