Does anyone know what this device is called and used for?
This came in a box of wine making supplies that I scored from an auction.

It's called a vinometer. Here is a description how it works and diagram

It's for checking the alcohol content in dry, finished wine.
What's on tap: Cream Ale, Imperial Blonde
Secondary: British Amber,
Primary: APA
