If you want to make your life easier - then don't get the refridgeration tubing. 1/2" refridge tubing is 1/2" OD. That means that you have to form all the bends using the tube itself.

If you go with 1/2" non-refrigeration tubing - then it will be 1/2" ID and 5/8" OD - so you can use regular copper sweat fittings, for a much cleaner result.

Wow! MyloFiore, that chiller is awesome! Great tip on using the 5/8 OD and sweating the fittings, it really looks great. It goes for $68.25 for 50' on the copper tubing sales site.

Now that I see yours, I may upgrade mine this summer when the Florida heat makes it hard to cool 5 gal quickly.
