Conical Blues

Fri Nov 16, 2007 5:34 am

I drained fermented beer into kegs and just dumped the new wort on top. I cooled it down to 70F. It started fermenting around an hour later. It was so fast, that it is now 76F. Crap. I opened a window and the room is down to 60F. Being a 14 gallon conical, it may take awhile or never cool down. This is not what I anticipated. If I used carboys I would of moved them out to the garage. Lesson learned. I should of just waited until the immersion chiller cooled it down to the low 60's.

Just send your conical out to me since you don't seem to be satisfied with it...
