Plate Filter

I used my new plate filter for the first time the other day. i can't believe the clarity of my brew. I think it is my new favorute brew toy.

Me too. I use my filter for wine regular like but with the aquisition of my kegging outfit filtering seems to be in order. I've only filtered 1 beer yet but I'll be filtering everything that goes into my keg, excepting anything I will be bottling of course.
