I have had a Keggle mash tun for a couple years now. My biggest suggestion would be to pony up for the best false bottom. I started with a basic one that worked OK, but I now have the following one and it is by far the most optimal keggle false bottom: https://www.brewhardware.com/product_p/fb15hh.htm

The temp insulation issue can be frustrating at times, but I have altered my set-up now as a HERMs system and the temp could not be more spot on.

I'm sure Terrance is Maun enough to handle the weight, just have a wheel barrow handy to dump into, then unload in a compost pile far enough away to not smell it.
