Beergas was all I had around so I was thinking of trying that. Instead I just inverted the Hop Rocket, raised it above everything else and bled the line. Kind of a pain the ass. I have to play with the setup. Im thinking of doing something similar to Tasty McDole's setup with the Hop Rocket upside down for better draining without having to mess with it.
One big surprise was that my new 15 gallon Morebeer kettle left 2 gallons behind with the trub. Theres a lot of head space in my 5 gallon carboy right now....
I had noticed the day before while cleaning it up but at that point I couldnt try and make adjustments.
