My next house will almost definitely have a Brew Haus. Good for you. I would start with how you will be brewing, then how you will be chillin. Have fun.

Ok, So I've narrowed it down to two options, one of which I'll build a gravity sculpture and brew outdoors. The other I will brew indoors, and there lie my questions... I assume I'd use natural gas? How big of a line? I only really ever plan on brewing 5-8 gallon batches, and don't really desire to move up to 10. I like experimenting/trying different styles too much and keying in on them until I get it right. I don't want to brew 10 gallons of a failure and have to drink it, as I have only ever dumped 1 batch that I never even got to the bottling stage on.... So how big of a line/how many BTU's? Also, how big of a vent to accommodate? Anyone have an idea of how expensive it is to hook up an indoor burner(s) like this (ideally I have a burner for hot liquor and boil kettle) as opposed to using a propane sculpture outdoors?

The Blichmann article talked about ventilation sizing. Don,t forget about a silencer for the fan as well as ducting for make up air.
