If you have the steam source, this would be great for doing your boil. I've been to a couple of breweries that use steam jacketed kettles for a boil kettle.
Just had another thought about this. It would be cool to put a set of bypass valves in the steam lines so you could switch from steam heat to glycol cooling at the end of the boil.
I think it's self contained as far as producing steam. The label idicates its natural gas. I'd bet you don't have enough gas volume or pressure at home to install it.
