oops didn't look close ya it might be worth it with the built in steam generator

If you have the steam source, this would be great for doing your boil. I've been to a couple of breweries that use steam jacketed kettles for a boil kettle.

Just had another thought about this. It would be cool to put a set of bypass valves in the steam lines so you could switch from steam heat to glycol cooling at the end of the boil.

I've seen other homebrewers post this very same ad. I guess nobody has stepped up to the plate yet. Good luck if you do buy it!!

I think it's self contained as far as producing steam. The label idicates its natural gas. I'd bet you don't have enough gas volume or pressure at home to install it.
