My Jump Into AG brewing - Mash Tun

Sat Jul 18, 2009 8:24 am

Well, after two not so tasty Extract batches, I have made the jump into AG brewing. See mash tun below. I am concerned about possible loss of wort due to dead space as the screen does not start at the bulkhead of the cooler, as the fittings "tree" protrudes into the cooler. All stainless fittings/components with silicon seals.

Will update as to its efficiency when I brew next weekend, my first AG batch........

Take care all!

Looks pretty good to me. As with any new equipment, it will take a bit of figuring out. Keep us updated.
