Old syphon hoses

Fri Jul 03, 2009 12:32 pm

Does B3 or any other place recycle old syphon hoses? I've got a few that are well passed their prime but it seems a waste to throw them away. There's only so many uses I can come up with for 7/8" tubing and I am assuming that someone must be able to melt these things down a reuse them. Anyone know anything about this?
Bottled: Dunkeweizen, Dark English Mild
Fermenting: Oatmeal Stout

You could always make them into belts?! Just saying.

vinyl is the only plastic my city doesn't have a recycling market for. I don't know. Check with your local municipal recycling office.
