Pictures can't do those conicals justice. They were damned sexy. Where can we get more info on them(specs, price, availability, etc.)?

Twinsbro - The primary benefit of a conical is that it's design allows you to drop the yeast out of the fermenter without the need to rack your beer to a secondary. Yes, you use it instead of a carboy for fermentation.
