Interesting day. Plugged the receipe into ProMash and I think JZ messed up on the conversion to all grain on the Saison in BCS. The OG should have been 1060, and Pro mash had it over 1080 with the grains specified. So, I reduced the base malt down and left out the sugar. The Barley Crusher did the job; seemed to be crushed somewhat finer than what I was used to from the LHBS.

I'd been getting a lot of efficiency variation, so I also sparged pretty slowly. The efficiency I ended up with was 92%!
