Propane Residue

Sun May 10, 2009 5:15 pm

So I got my propane burner out for the first time this spring and after the boil, the bottle of my kettle was covered in black soot. I've been using this burner for 2 years and have never had this problem. I also noticed a lot of yellow flames.

Any ideas??

Spider web blocking the air intake. Been there done that had to clean the whole burner to get it all.

What kind of burner? If it is a multi jet it could have been a leak. If not like Henning said, clogged intake.
Normal is getting dressed and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for, in order to get the job you need to pay for the cloths and the car and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
