Building a "ferment box"

Sat Aug 23, 2008 4:50 am

Good morning.
Have any of you ever built a box for fermenting in. (not that kind of box for that kind of ferment... )
I was thinking of building a box out of plywood and foam that would fit two carboys (maybe 4) and attaching a window mount AC unit to the side. I ferment in an old fridge now and feel I waist a lot of space and there for energy doing it this way. Any ideas, input, experience ????

Thanks
Tim
