Wooden Shoe Brew Works

Still under construction, but roughed in. Waiting on burners and the bits to convert the keggies. Cooler platform will hold a 70Q cooler, so I will be set up for 10G batches. The whole thing swings up against the ceiling when not in use......

Not sure yet. Probably an AG version of the Wooden Shoe APA since I have two extract batches under my belt, which will give me something to compare it to. And, I really like the taste of it.....
