I'm too new to brewing to really understand what all I'm looking at, but I do have a question.

What size batches can you brew in that?

They are 30 gallon pots so I can brew 25 gallon batches.

That thing is out of this world man. I'm new but congrats on a fine looking brewery!

I'm a type A too so although my shit works fine, I want something like what you have there.
Primary: Nada Damn Thing IPA

What heating source/system are you using for your HLT and Kettle?
