Thinking of a Brew Sculpture too or maybe a brewtus in the basement. I have natural gas, so the NG burners would work for me. Just wondering if there is anyone that can share experience w/ venting and air movement while brewing indoors with natural gas. Not sure exactly what size venting I need and how much air intake I need from the outside. Anyone one have any suggestions or a good resource page on the net so I can learn more?

1. Alot!
2. You may have to upgrade your NG setup to get enough BTUs... those burners suck it up yo!
