My new folding Sculpture

Well here is folding brew sculpture 2.0. Much easier to move around and easily accommodates the new 15 gallon pot from B3. The extra table top will be useful. Footprint only increased 3" in each direction (now 23" x 23"). Legs are not pinned in the picture, but are sturdy.

Finally able to get version 2.0 in action for a 10 gallon Helles this past weekend. This will be the first ferment in my new 15 gallon cornie as well.
