CYBI Lagunitas 15 gal. IPA hybrid advice

Tue Feb 15, 2011 9:48 am

Hello everyone,

My buddies and I are going to be brewing 15 gallons of the lagunitas IPA this coming Monday. I got the recipe off of the podcast and converted it to match a 15 gallon brew. My team also wanted to bump up the ABV to 7-8% and the IBU to 50-65. We are also doing it as a partial mash recipe. So I did some corrections to the recipe and was wondering if the new recipe looks good as far as mouth feel and flavor proportions. I would like any recomendations. The brewing software on my iphone and Tastybrew gave different numbers. Below is the recipe that I put on Tastybrew.
