Unless Justin trademarked the in Canadia, does he have any case with them? I can't tell if they distribute in the US because of that silly scribbling they write in.

Is this the brewery he's been talking about or another one? I thought the issue he had was a place in NY.

I dunno. I think the Hobo-boloney logo is a decent grenade, but only a barely adequate representation of a hop. The BN's logo on the other hand, is a great hop, and yet sufficient as a grenade. In any event, this poor imitation of the BN logo is not going to make me quit the BN and start drinking nothing but stuff I can't pronounce.

Pretty close. And as Justin said, if you defend your trademark you lose it.

It doesn't really matter, since I'm almost certain that's not the one he's talking about. He said it was a brewery "in the eastern part of the country", which, even by Justin's geographical skills, doesn't include Canada. I just got to that part of the show this morning. I'm interested to see how this one plays out. The government's shut down & the BN Army is preparing for war. The end must be getting near.
