Nano brew & partner brew show: Super cool!

Mon Apr 12, 2010 1:29 pm

I'm just finishing listening to the 4/11/10 show. Very inspiring show! I have been thinking along these lines for a starting a business, and it's great to hear perspectives from different brewers who have different business models & experiences. Thanks, brewers, for participating!

Great show, but with so many people in the studio constantly interrupting the phone-in guests, it was very difficult to understand them at times.
Loved Justin's ranting though!!

Definitely a great show. Another great reason to listen to the archives. It was practically impossible to listen to Bill from NH on the live show, but when I listened to the podcast, I was able to realize that he (and Mike and Jason) were giving out fantastic info.

This show probably has the most useful information since Urbain was on. What happened? I'm glad that it was at least filled with a lot of dick and fart jokes to keep the HomeBrewTalk fags from listening in.
suck it

Forgive my retardation here but I listened to the "nano" session and picked up that Mike of Ale Camino fame can self distribute. Anyone clear on what type of license Mike applied for to self distribute?

Or, how in general you can self distribute?

I enjoyed the Nano show as well....White Birch Brewing is pretty close to me and I am looking forward to trying his beer. I am starting the research phase of my brewery and I will contact bill to pick his brain (if he's willing to talk). The nano idea opens up more possibilities.....Of course some business school and brewing school has to come first.

That was a pretty great show. For those of you, especially in CA who are interested, I've logged my whole process, soup to nuts on my blog: www.hessbrewing.blogspot.com

If you want to know what the rules are, avoid some mistakes and get the fastpass, check it out. We're just getting ready to distribute. In CA you can self distribute and I have a type 23 license.

Cheers,
